Yoga Love Mana provides yoga classes and training for those seeking to improve their physical wellbeing, mental health, and spiritual connection. 

Yoga Love Mana offers sunset yoga flow classes, seasonal workshops, and private yoga sessions for individuals and groups of any size.

Our classes introduce the art of Hawaiian healing which awakens the energy or “mana” within the person and all around them.

Integrating the 8 of limbs of yoga and blending in specific native hawaiian principles you will be provided the opportunity to develop a deeper connection with your body, mind, and soul.

A Beautiful Experience

What a beautiful way to start the morning!!... The history of the beach and Hawaiian traditions were integrated into the session without being overwhelming... Laying under a palm tree in a yoga pose while lavender mist is being shared, followed by a traditional Hawaiian blessing song being sung by the teacher, what could be more memorable or peaceful!! I very highly recommended this experience if you have the opportunity. I certainly will be booking for when I return!! take care xx

Highlight of My Trip

Sunset yoga with Jonathan was truly one of the highlights of my trip. He was warm and inviting, with music to subtly enhance the intention of the practice. He guided all levels, offering modifications for beginners and challenges for more experienced yogis. Loved the experience.

Spiritual and Beautiful

Its the most spiritual and beautiful flow I have experienced. The instructor teaches the class with ALOHA. He welcomes and encourages all. I am not the most coordinated person- but he is easy to follow because he speaks clearly as he demonstrates the poses. Advanced yogis attend his class as well. He offers classes daily so it’s convenient to attend. Definitely worth it!
