Come and enjoy a sunset yoga session with breath work with Yoga Love Mana!

Come and share in a consciously guided yoga flow session suitable for all levels.

During the practice, we will work towards creating a deeper connection with the body, mind, and spirit through the cultivation of our “mana” or sacred energy.

Class will also include a breathwork techniques and guided meditation.
