Yoga Flow and Beach Clean Up

Aloha. More than just a yoga session this experience will give and preserve the beauty of Oahu's park area and beach, Join us first in collecting litter and debris left behind for the first 30 minutes. We will aid in the protection of local wildlife and sea-life in removing any trash that would harm them and collect recycleable items for later distribution. By doing this we will accomplush the act of karma yoga and nurture the land through a native hawaiian practice called Aloha A'ina. Then after the beach clean up portion we will practice a calming and mindful yoga flow under the shade of swaying palm trees and surrouded by nature. ***All cleaning gear such as gloves and bags are provided***.
